Two yoga practices daily.
Starting with a warm, Hatha Flow in the morning and ending with a cooling Restorative Yin in the early evening. These classes will give you the opportunity to nurture your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. The offerings are accessible for all levels with the option for personal attention to help you find your best practice.
morning:
There will be tea, coffee and fresh fruits and homemade granola or chia pudding waiting for you when you awaken.
We will begin with a grounded and strong Hatha Flow rooted in tradition.
This practice will be followed by a nourishing breakfast with wholesome, fresh local fare.

The afternoons will be free time to enjoy one of the activities offered from the resort, play in the ocean out front or relax with a good book at the resort.
Before dinner, when the sun isn’t as strong we will have a restorative Yin practice combined with traditional meditation and deep self-exploration exercises.
